Regulations
The internal system of the institution ensures the smooth flow of all services and works to clarify and facilitate various processes within the institution, including interactions with students, faculty, participants, and obtained credits.
- All decisions and procedures are made according to the provisions outlined in the internal system. The employee or student is not excused for not being informed about the system.
- The institution is not responsible for the lack of awareness of students, teachers, parents, workers, or registrants or those wishing to register in the system.
- Participants and non-participants have the right to contribute to amending and updating the regulations. The provisions are updated (added and modified) based on contracts and new credits between the institution and other entities.
- The institution is not obligated to provide any compensation, regardless of its nature, as a result of the employee's or student's lack of awareness or monitoring of the system.
- Registration in the institution and confirmation of registration are considered an agreement to the mentioned provisions.
Brief of Regulatios:
General Points:
1. The institution provides separate gender teaching, with instruction conducted according to gender. This provision excludes training departments and special cases.
2. Students have the right to express their opinions, provide advice, objections, opinions, and ideas. This is done through the official email of the institution.
3. Communication between students and administration occurs only through official email and official channels during working hours. Any unofficial communication is not considered and only information from official channels is acted upon.
4. Renewal of fees occurs before the start of the next period. The institution (professor) is not obligated to reserve the seat or provide the lesson in case of non-renewal in advance.
5. The registrant is aware that fees are non-refundable. Freezing can only be requested for the specified duration below.
6. Communication and decision-making are done only through official channels. The institution does not consider any decision or request sent to the professor without the knowledge of the institution.
Enrollment (Registration - Study - Means - Absence - Delay - Freezing - Deletion)
Registration:
1. Registration is confirmed only after payment of fees. The institution is not committed to reserving the seat or the professor's time without prior payment of fees. All registrations, regardless of type, are considered unofficial and do not obligate the institution to provide any service.
2. The registrant is committed to communicating with the institution to follow up on the registration process and make adjustments to the file if necessary.
3. Monthly fees cover the period from the first study session to the end of the month. Fee renewal occurs on the date set a month from the first study session at the level until the end of the entire level (the subscription date is not adjusted with each month).
4. The institution provides a second professor in case the first one is unavailable. The program and the number of sessions are maintained without modification.
Study:
1. The reservation of exams, re-sit exams, certificates, the accredited serial number for the certificate, and the booklet is subject to a fee of 1200 DZD. This fee must be paid in advance before the start of the study. Books are provided in printed form in some cases where the use of diverse sources is committed.
2. Sessions last for 90 minutes in groups. The duration is reduced in case only a few students are present to avoid pressure, lesson density, and information overload on attendees.
3. The study schedule can be modified upon an official request from all students and agreement with the professor's and administration's timetable. Unanimous agreement from the students is required without exception.
Tools and Materials:
1. All means at the institution are subject to copyright laws locally, nationally, and globally. Publishing or republishing is prohibited.
2. A medium-quality copy is provided in various departments, and an additional fee can be charged for a higher-quality copy.
Absence:
1. The institution is responsible for compensating sessions in case of the professor's absence. Sessions are compensated at the end of the program without additional fees. The monthly fee date is maintained throughout the program.
2. The student is responsible for their own absence, and personal effort is required to follow the course progress.
3. Absences are related to a specific number of sessions. Absences are not counted in the case of advance notice of at least 24 hours for no more than two absences in every eight sessions. In the absence of prior notice, the student is responsible for the absence and the progress of the program.
4. The student forfeits the seat in case of absence and the expiration of subscription fees. The institution commits to retaining the file and communicating via email with the student during the validity period of the fees.
Late Comers:
1. Intermittent delays of up to 15 minutes from the session's start are allowed. The professor has the right not to admit the student in case of continuous or more than 15 minutes of delay. The student must not disrupt the progress of the session and bears responsibility for the delay.
2. The session duration continues according to the standard schedule without adding the result of the delay.
Pausing:
Pausing/Freezing is the process of suspending enrollment while maintaining the remaining fees for a specified period.
1. Freezing is allowed once per level, with a freeze period ranging from 21 to 42 days.
2. Activation occurs after submitting an official request from the student's account, including the start and end dates of the freeze. It should be noted that all scheduled sessions before the request are considered activated and accounted for. The student is responsible for communicating with the institution to monitor the freeze status and unfreeze process.
3. Freezing is only activated when the fees start to be consumed.
4. The candidate is integrated into the group or suitable schedule at the institution. Integration in the same group can occur after compensating missed sessions with a 50% reduction in fees from individual session fees. Integration into the same schedule is possible if available.
5. Re-registration is possible in a suitable group, provided that monthly fees are balanced. The difference in fees for the studied sessions before freezing can be added, and the student can join a new group.
Deletion:
1. The file is deleted in case of the student's request, discontinuation of studies, or various administrative procedures. All benefits are forfeited, and progress in any program is deleted. Re-enrollment is done as a new student according to registration laws.
2. The institution is not obligated to retain progress and department data in case of deletion. The student is responsible for requesting a copy of the academic record.
